Worst company I ever know. My toile cistern cracked on their own in the middle of the night, I made the claim, they say I need to wait 2 weeks for someone to come and see it, that means 2 weeks without toilet or repair myself. I said repair myself and send the invoice and now they said they not paying because the toilet just crack on his own!!! To be paid you need to broke it yourself?To many years with this company and when you have a genuine claim don't pay you. Disgusting
I will cancel my policy tomorrow
