i was attracted by a 5* defacto, and a much better price than my prev insurer. Insurance is a state of mind, so wasn't too bothered about many of the extras, just wanted a cover that looked after the major things, if they were to happen.
I did have an issue with payment , not being sent a 6 digit code , and begrudgingly had to pay the additional £12.50. I was told this as a result of a secondary money supermarket comparison site, hey ho.
Zara was patient with me and thank her for that and she would post my documents in addition to email
