I had a telephone call with Ben to pay my premium for home and contents insurance because the website would not take my payment. The fee to do this was waived as I had tried two cards and neither worked. I found Ben very friendly and helpful and thorough. I have not used Policy Expert before but their quote was more favourable than others on comparison site of Money Supermarket
