They are also duty bound to find alternative accommodation or at least pay for alternative accommodation. I had a 4 bedroom, 1,400 sq ft house and had to move to a 500 sq ft, one bedroom flat with two growing children, a cat and a dog. Trinity Claims have been stonewalling for 20 months. Insurance Company has, through Trinity Claims: - 1. Carried out sub-standard repairs to the roof 2. Offered £26,595.19 in final settlement 3. Not paid the last 9 months of rent for alternative (inferior standard accommodation) t 4. I have spent over £60,000.00 in legal fees trying to negóciate with them and it’s just impossible I can no longer afford to be out of my house and paying really expensive rent. My children having recently lost their father, now lost their home. Please could the press or someone out there help me to expose this sad story.
