Great service when selling you a policy, make a claim and the nightmare definitely begins!
Less than 50% of claims are paid out?
Still waiting for a claim to be reviewed after a visit from their surveyor who led us to believe the claim would be accepted, it wasn’t!
Not very honest & upfront on his behalf or the companies.
Customer Services don’t pick up their calls, nobody replies through the portal .
I rate them 0 stars and certainly won’t be using this company again.
Go elsewhere!
