Insurance companies seem to want to complicate matters by making the cover unclear, which then affects trust and confidence.
Also had trouble paying on-line due to a glitch, which took several calls and a couple of hours to resolve, finally paying them direct - for which they usually charge you an admin' fee!
They also asked several new questions when paying in person, that did not form part of the on-line questions. Did manage to apeak to someone fairly promptly each time though.
Good service? Average to be honest (the proof would be how any claim is handled), but it doesn't fill customer's with confidence.
