I got the quote via the Compare the Market and elected to take it as it was the cheapest and, apparently, the best value available. My previous insurer had put up my annual premium by over 200% and had renewed automatically without advising me. I trust Policy Expert will not do the same. I then had some difficulty making the payment and I had to contact my bank who advised me to check out Policy Expert on Trustpilot. I followed their advice and noted that the rating was good so I went ahead with the purchase. I do not know why this course of action was required. Anyway, Policy Expert seem genuine and I hope that any future dealings will be fairly and professionally handled. Having said that, I have never, ever made a home insurance claim so, if this record continues, there will be no need to put Policy Expert to the test.
