Absolutely sham company with terrible customer service and no honour. Got a quote from them for a price I was happy with so I locked it and saved the details of the quote reference. A day and a half later I researched the quote with the provided reference number to find the price increased £100. Contracted customer service who said they see the price has changed but nothing they can do? Is this company ran by idiots or just scam artists, What's the point of a quote if you're not honouring the prices or even locking them in but instead just changing them randomly. Do you understand what a quote is??
