Also trying to make a claim. Also first one ever.
Service is truly appalling (deliberately?) I can't even get a Claim Number allocated after 2.5 weeks of hassle. After sending lots of requested photos of the damage, no one wants to take responsibility. Promised return calls don't happen. Emails unacknowledged & unanswered. Request to speak to a manager? "they're all in a meeting".
The "product" these people sell appears to be worthless.
Next stop "Which?" then Ombudsman.
