I received my renewal letter from Policy Expert but was not happy with the increase in price from last year. I did what I normally do and checked the comparison websites online and was guoted a much better price with an additional extra which I was more than happy with. I called Policy Expert asking if they were able to price match but was told this was not possible but the renewed price was much more acceptable and the additional extra was also included in the new quote. I was quite happy to accept this and have renewed my policy for a further year. The assistant could not have been more helpful
