Did they make me happy?
Not particularly.
I had to argue my case concerning a renewal quote and it was eventually accepted, however, i am still not impressed with the lack of information given when I considered making a claim some years ago which was not honored, but is recorded in my record and has resulted in an increase to future premiums.
