After phoning round other insurers and on hold for 20 40 minutes a time, to see if I could get cheaper quotes as my policy had increased by almost £20, would have been better phoning Policy Expert 1st answered phone straight away, polite young man dealt with efficiently, and ended up paying only £2 more than last year
