Renewed my insurance at 11:30 on Tuesday, receiving confirmation e mails shortly after. Then received two more e mails that evening saying policy cancelled.
Also receiving reminder e mails to sign my credit agreement with premium Credit despite paying the amount in full on Tuesday.
very disappointing service, and already regretting renewing with you.
