I already had a Policy Expert policy and I was happy with the renewal quote received through the post especially as I was offered renewal of Emergency Cover for £6.99.
Having carefully checked the schedule I tried to renew on line but I could not find a way to accept the Emergency Cover offer. I phoned to renew and I had to go through every line in the schedule as if I was buying a new policy over the phone. It must have taken 15 minutes for a call that should only have taken two or three minutes.
