No fuss renewal letter. Easy to read and understood. Very pleasant on the phone and advisor was keen to make sure we had all the cover we needed. I did phone back later to question our cover and was quickly put at ease with the advisors explanation. Would recommend, although you never know how good an insurance company are until you actually need them. Hopefully this won't happen but you never know.
