Utterly dreadful, underhand company to deal with from start to finish. They even tried to make leaving them hard by bombarding me with emails and letters after having been told that I would not be renewing and had already purchased insurance elsewhere.
Don't bother complaining, they will just completely ignore what you say, pay basic lip service to try and make it look like they case and then whitewash the complaint handling process.
