I was going to go with another Insurance company but was talked into staying and was given a new quote and was told that I would be able to have the same quote for two years. I was told they would take the new amount on 30/10/17. They took the old amount on 27/10/17 and when I phoned to complain was told the best they could do was to keep the old policy quote and they would send me a cheque for £20 as compensation but also was told they couldn't even give me the original quote next year. I had to take the offer this year as I felt it was too late to start shopping around for this year but because of the terrible service I will not be renewing again next year.
