First claim in 20 years. Couldn't even find my claim. Took 2 weeks to reach a decision, even though they had assured me they would rush it through because the claim seriously affected my disabled wife.
Had to constantly chase them up, then they turned down the claim despite plumbers report the fact that despite their refusal I know the claim is legitimate.
Everything is fine until you make a claim. Read claim reviews!
