Didn't think it was clear when I selected monthly payments that it would be considered a credit agreement with a third party or I'd have paid the money up front. Didn't appreciate getting an email thanking me for purchasing a renewal four days before the renewal date. Also didn't appreciate the renewal price going up automatically: if you want customer loyalty don't make people work for it. These might all be normal industry practices which is why I haven't marked it down further. Didn't have to claim so my only dealing was to cancel which was smooth enough. (It should be possible to cancel policies when managing your account online if you can make other changes but I'm not surprised when it's not in the company's interest)
