We have an outstanding claim with them. Their initial response to this was impressive, however its been ongoing for almost 7 months now, and has become a very frustrating experience. They rarely call back within a reasonable time, and seem to take forever to review information and act on it.
I've renewed with them simply because of the outstanding claim, otherwise I'd have spent the extra and gone somewhere else.
