Had Home Emergency Policy for my boiler. Noticed some two weeks ago that the hot water was not as hot as it used to be. I thought it was the freezing weather. Nine days after when I called to report the problem and seek help, I was denied on a technical ground that I didn't tell that at the 1st instance of noticing the problem.
