It made me happy initially, but after printing my documents I found an omission on the number of external doors on my property. I attempted to have the error corrected but your assistant insisted on cancelling my policy and raising a new one - at a substantially increased premium. I said that was not acceptable and she offered me a discount and a £20 M&S voucher. I accepted on that basis but I have not received the M&S voucher. I am therefore not so happy now. Please send the voucher as promised.
