First took out a Home Insurance Policy with Policy Expert nearly a year ago. It was pretty straightforward and done fairly quickly over the phone and at a competitive price. My policy is now approaching renewal & I contacted them again for a renewal quotation. Policy Expert again offered me a very competitive renewal quotation that included Home Emergency Cover & Legal Expenses. Their telephone operators that I have spoken to have all been very helpful & polite. Also, if you move home during the term of the policy, they will cancel your existing policy with no early cancellation fee and refund a pro rata amount of your policy, provided you take out a policy with them of your new property. Other companies will charge you an administration fee when you move house!
