I had received a more competitive quote elsewhere so phoned up to cancel my policy, but they were able to knock £30 off my previous quote,which was still £10 more than the more competitive quote, but for the hassle it was worth, I decided to stay with Policy Expert. It just makes you wonder how much these companies make if people don’t challenge their quotes, if they can all of a sudden knock money off policies?!
