I did not renew my house insurance with go compare but they automatically helped themselves to 127 pounds out of my bank account for an 'automatic renewal' which has meant that I will paying overdraft fee's ..
Having contacted Go compare, they have told me that they will refund my 127 pounds within 5 working days.. needless to say, this is very disappointing..
