Both telephone calls were very good service. My account manager tried to be very competitive with the price which was helpful having a small baby demanding lots of money! When I phoned back to pay for this there was no waiting whilst finding my records or anything like that and the man was very pleasant, thorough and patient considering my baby was shouting in the background.

Things to improve would be the emails I received. Seemed as if I was just sent a template without the editable bit having been personalised to me.
