Received an initial email with very high quote for renewal. Phoned PE and was told to ignore the first email quote as generic and would receive an accurate quote in coming days. Next email was to thank me for renewing 1st november with the cost already deducted. As it happens the cost is acceptable and the policy fine but there is miscommunication between early october and thank you confirmation.
