I telephoned to renew my policy and on informing the person I spoke to that I had found a slightly better offer on-line from another insurer he went through the details and found a way to match that offer, he was very helpful and informative and all the details/contracts were e-mailed to me immediately. Slightly long-winded due to all the legal verbiage but, despite that, a friendly and efficient service. I did not even have to wait too long for the call to be answered and there were very few quotes on line that beat Policy Experts quote and even those that did it was not by much. All in all a good experience.
