I am happy with the renewal price, and had all but made my decision to stay another year. My mind was finally made up by receiving an e-mail on 20/11 saying the premium due 25/11 was in the process of being taken from my card.
Next renewal I will make a point of looking elsewhere in good time, however competitive the renewal quote, as I think this amounts to sharp practice on Policy Expert`s part.
