Didn’t need to make a claim, but the process of using them was simple. My only complaint was that they took payment for renewal prior to the policy renewal date. When I called to advise I would be going elsewhere at renewal because I’d found a cheaper policy, they’d already taken my money and advised it would take 5 days to return it. In my opinion, they shouldn’t take funds until the date of renewal.
