No issues once I'd connected to chat over my renewal quote. They were very generous and offered me free home emergency cover, reduced my excess and somehow manged to reduce the price! I only wish they had the common decency and respect to have done this in the first instance rather than trying to blindly rob me with a ridiculous inflated renewal.
