In short the policy not worth the paper its written on. leaking external water pipe they referred me to Trinity insurance who referred me to someone else after several calls and several weeks later i end up replacing the entire supply pipe at my own expense if i had not paid the entire policy premium up front i would have cancelled
Will be looking for a more specialised company in the new year
