Recieved an email from PE stating the renewal quote had gone up (despite aving never made a claim in 6 years) and that my policy was due for renewal on a certain date, PE also stated they would automatically renew my policy on this date unless i told them not to. What PE dont tell you is they actually renew your policy a week earlier and take the money from your acc withiut request or approval!,,
I wouldnt mind if the quote was competitive but the fact that its increased for no reason is audacious and unjustified
