We were not very pleased that they cancelled our policy and opened a fresh one as we only needed a slight alteration to it. So we lost 18 days of the policy.we phoned them up and complained they said they could do nothing about it as they cancelled it ,we will not be coming back to you next year.
And as of yet they have still not sent us details of the new policy
