My renewal quote wasn't what I expected. As with all insurance it came through higher even though I'd made no claims. Phoned and the quote was reduced. Would rather be rewarded for customer loyalty than have to phone and say I'm moving. But, satisfied with the new proposal and agreed to continue cover for the time being.
