I usually change insurance company every year taking the best quote but for the last 3 years I have stayed with policy experts as they have matched the quote I have been given when I have rung to cancel
I have not had to claim on my insurance so I have never been through the claims process, so I cannot rate them on this and that is the true test of an insurance company to how they handle a claim.
