The initial renewal quote was very competitive, however on purchasing this product I was informed I was eligible for a special deal on keys and locks which attracted an additional premium which would have been 50% of the initial quotation.
I was quite annoyed this upselling wasn’t explained before I purchased. What started as a competitive product ended with me wondering just what cover I would get should I make a claim.
