Renewal time, and I was intending to shop around as my renewal quote was higher than last year. I got a call as my auto-renew (which was going to be taken five days before the actual renewal date - be aware) had failed due to an expired card. At this point I mentioned intending to shop around and the quote was immediately bought down to the same price as last year, but no better (why you cant just get the best price automatically is always annoying). Renewed as I'm lazy - the lady was very nice tho, and not pushy.
