We have been satisfied with the service we have received from Policy Expert. The price of Their premiums are very competitive. We did have some difficulties last year when making a claim for a water leek in our property. The company they used for dealing with the claim were poor and a lot of chasing up from us was required. We also didn't realise that we have a £550 excess for claims for water leakage - our fault for not reading the small print !
