Policy Expert certainly gave one of the cheapest quotes for my household buildings and contents insurance. However, when I actually needed to claim, I found out why they were cheap. The simple answer was that they will avoid paying out at all costs, Expertly.
Literally from the moment I mention “I would like to claim” their conniving team went into overdrive.
Do not trust them!
