I recently received a renewal for my home insurance,and emergency cover.on the emergency cover list all the items were ticked on both the upgrade and basic cover list.l therefore said does my basic cover include all of these shown on the renewal.
A very badly mannered manager said no it was a computer error and refused to honour the stated cover under the renewal.
