Didn't really seem to listen to our requirements. Despite having been insured with them before without claims for over 10 years, they did not want to re-insure us as we have over an acre of land around the house (small-holding). We were looking for buildings and contents cover, not cover for the land and animals. Other companies don't make such a fuss.
