I'm not entirely sure how a business this bad is still operating but somehow they are.
Offered me incorrect advice to try and help me save money. I took their advice and then required unobtainable proof!!
Tried to cancel within my cancellation period and was told by 'Isla & Georgia' to ring back after a certain period as thats when the cancellation team is in.
I did that and it fell outside of my cancellation period. I've been financially stung twice in 14 days by Principal Insurance, god forbid using them if I ever needed a potential payout.
