I bought a different cat and the cost of changing the cover was out of order. £40ish and the original cost of the policy was about £100.
This is a total rip off and yes it will be in the T&C's but outragous.
I will probably look for a new provider even if it is a tad dearer, but I doubt it.
Privilage needs to give me a very good reason to stay with them. It is up to them.
