My brother has just been abandoned in wales whilst on holiday from Scotland. Accident was not his fault and other driver is being prosecuted. Privilege have said he will have to hire a car as his was written off, and not entitled to a courtesy car. What a load of rubbish....they haven't even asked him about the injuries he has sustained. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!
Appalling foreign customer care, could not give him an English number when asked!
