Made a claim through this policy. Privillidge are actually really good, helpful and really seem to care.
The whole claim process was let down by their supplier who delivered a broken product then took over two weeks to send a replacement ( would have been much longer if I hadn't chased them) they blatantly lied to me on several occasions and failed to keep their promises.
