I had the misfortune of being involved in a road traffic collision, but the people at Priviledge and UK Assistance were extremely friendly, professional and nothing seemed too much trouble. Everything was taken care of, which made the whole experience easy, as I was a little shook up and not quite thinking straight.
I couldn't fault them or praise them enough. I would highly recommend them and am so impressed that I have already decided to stay with them next year.
