have been with this company for several years. first time claimed on insurance and they refused payment on 5 roof tiles that were blown off in the wind there excuse was there was moss on the roof so warning to anyone that has moss on there roof they will not cover it on the insurance. when i rang them up to cancel my insurance they charged me £123 disgusting way to treat long term member
