I paid extra as I wanted excellent cover, however privilege passed my claim entirely on to their sub contractor, Height Vale, who privilege appointed to undertake the work, I had nothing but problems with them; running over THEIR estimated 2 day job by 2 days, substandard work that required return visits several times. I contacted my claims coordinator at privilege on several occasions but he never returned my calls which left me having to complain directly to Height Vale myself. I definitely would NOT recommend Privilege to anyone.
