UNSOLICITED PHONE CALL
Absolutely shocking behavior from these people. I have had an unresolved claim where I am not at fault with them for 14 months and they are calling me saying I have accepted 50/50 which I never have!
Don't engage with these idiots on the phone. They should write to you.
